This wide and big apartment is located in the famous "Eixample " neighborhood well-known as the biggest museum of Barcelona, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Barcelona, for their centennial buildings and the luxury of their stores.

The area of the Exiample was designed by the engineer Cerdá i Sunyer who design it following a rigorous layout of grid that was outlined to create an equitable city. The Exiample is demarcated by two big traverse streets , that define it in certain form, "La gran Via de les Cortes Catalanes" and the " Diagonal Avenue" being their center in "Paseo de Gracia" where it is divided in Eixample Left and Example right.
